1.Right to decline
We may decline service, without giving a specific reason, when a manager judges that a profile does not meet our standards or does not fit the current matching pool.
2.Refunds
Applying and being reviewed is free of charge. Payment is arranged only after a suitable counterpart has been found and both sides have confirmed they wish to meet; even after payment, you are refunded in full if you cancel before contact details are passed on. Once both sides have received each other’s contact details, the payment is not refundable, regardless of whether a meeting takes place.
3.Truthful information
If work documents or photos turn out to be forged or to belong to someone else, the account is permanently removed and all resulting legal responsibility rests with you.
4.No guaranteed outcome
We provide the opportunity to meet someone. We do not guarantee any particular outcome such as a relationship or marriage.
